April 18th, 2014 – Pool season fast approaches and we gearing up to make this summer the most fun – ever! Pool passes will be available for you to pick up at GPM and Charleston Plantation offices very soon.
April 14, 2014 – Charleston Plantation upgrades are in the works. . . Landscaping upgrades are in the works for A, B, C, D, E, M, and N buildings. Additional equipment has been purchased for the Fitness Center. Building letters and numbers will be freshened up. Power washing is scheduled for June/July and the list goes on and on and on . . . .
April 11th, 2014 – Storage Wars Crossville style occurred at Best Value Storage located to the rear of GPM’s office. GPM oversees the management of Best Value Storage and conducted the auction of 14 units to a crowd of approximately 80 persons. Nothing like a good treasure hunt to make your day! You are invited to attend our next auction and may be added to our contact list by simply calling the office and letting us know your interested. You never know what you are going to find!
March 28th, 2014 – GPM welcomes Mr. Rob Swafford who will be heading up team GPM as General Manager. Rob is out and about on a daily basis walking property grounds so when you see him take a moment and introduce yourself. Rob places great value on the opinions of our residents and wants to hear your thoughts!
